Same as the old form in content, but it will add the record to a contacts database. It shouldn’t allow enquiries without a valid email field. It also sends two emails: One with the enquirer’s email with the subject “Scuba Enquiry” to info@divemasterscuba.com. One to the enquirer with a thank you message. Note: The database is set not to accept the “Information Pack”, “Interest” and “Further Information” fields as this will clog it up with useless information, but the field are sent in the email Divemaster Scuba receives.
