DIRECTIONS
From the A1(M) at junction 44 (A64) leave the Motorway (signposted York, Leeds) then join the A64 towards York.
After about 6 -7 miles along the A64 you will see the Bilbrough Services (McDonald’s and Premier Inn + Garage) across the duel
carriageway on your right. Take the slipway immediately on your left and cross over the duel carriageway to the services. The road
will take you to the back of the services where you follow Colton Lane towards Colton/Appleton Robuck.
Keep on the main road through Appleton Robuck, and just as you are leaving the built up area you will see a large grassy triangle
with the Shoulder of Mutton pub on your left. Turn sharp left into Malt Kiln Lane and the entrance to the Diver Training College car
park is on your right.
ON THE DAY
Bring a change of clothing, just in case, your log book as you can record the dives, and a sense of fun. The event starts at 9am
sharp with the briefing so please allow yourself plenty of time.
We will be split into two groups, one for the hard hat and one for the chamber dive, swapping over after lunch. The day finishes
around 4pm.
