Non Diver Holiday Options

With the possible exception of live-a-board holidays, most of our foreign trips have a provision for not only singles, but also families and non divers.

Places like Sharm on the Red Sea are within a day trip of Cairo. Here we can offer a day trip including the Cairo Museum, the Pyramids, return coach / minibus including lunch and tour guide at a very reasonable price. You can also join us on the boats, go swimming and snorkeling all at a reduced rate. Other trips include camel riding in the desert, quad bike rides and various other excursions. Sharm itself is a very cosmopolitan place with lots of bazaars and shops.

Malta

Malta is steeped in history with strong links to the UK. From the Holy Wars and the Crusades through to the Second World War it has been a focal point for many historic acts. The churches are wonders of architecture and there is a very good dolphin project on the island. For the more energetic, the island offers all types of sports, from tennis to squash to ten pin bowling, and there is also a good 18 hole golf course, The Royal Malta Golf Course at the Marsa Sports and Country Club, which offers daily or weekly membership.

Tenerife

Predominantly a holiday destination in its own right, Tenerife offers almost anything you can imaging in its year round sunshine. Non diver and family activities abound as do the night clubs, hill walking, tourist attractions. The Dive Shop is an agent for many activities and can suggest the more suitable ones for your taste. Don't miss the Whale Watching. Golf is also available, car hire is recommended, but shop around and electronic goods are particularly good value.
