Training always starts with a demonstration and get together meeting.

Nottingham Courses - Beechdale (7pm Tuesday evening)

Beechdale courses start with a demonstration and get together day at the first Tuesday pool session. The academic sessions where the knowledge reviews from your work book are gone through follow later on Thursday evenings as detailed in the schedule. We get to see the training video / multi-media and any questions are answered. We start at 7 pm (to about 9:30) at the Nottingham Centre, 403 Aspley Lane - Map.

Sheffield Courses - Ponds Forge (8pm Friday evenings)

Ponds Forge courses usually start with a demonstration and get together day on the Saturday prior to starting the pool sessions. This is an important day where the knowledge reviews from your work book are gone through, course details are confirmed, we get to see the training video / multi-media and any questions are answered. We usually start at 11am at the Chesterfield Centre, Wheatbridge Road.[Map]

Chesterfield Courses - Queen's Park (8pm Saturday evenings)

Chesterfield courses usually start with a demonstration and get together day on the Saturday prior to starting the pool sessions. This is an important day where the knowledge reviews from your work book are gone through, course details are confirmed, we get to see the training video / multi-media and any questions are answered. We usually start at 11am at the Chesterfield Centre, Wheatbridge Road.[Map]

Open Water Days - Stoney Cove

We do most of our open water training at Stoney Cove, Sapcote Road, Stoney Stanton in Leicestershire. Depending on the size of the class we normally have a choice of two start times. 8 am and 11 am - Map. Other venues are also available.
