The SSI Scuba Rangers Program is a club that offers numerous diving activities for children ages 8 - 12. Safety is a top priority and Scuba Rangers programs are only taught by specially trained instructors in a pool, or under confined water conditions in a protected area up to a maximum depth of 5 meters. You will earn the Scuba Rangers recognition rating.

The Scuba Rangers sessions are fun and relaxed as well as educational and the young bubblemakers learn many of the skills needed for the Open Water qualification.
Each session they progress through learning basic mask, regulator, buoyancy and emergency skills as well as equipment preparation and maintenance.
When they have completed these skills usually after 4 pool sessions there is the opportunity to show off their new talents to an adult to complete the program.
The program has an accompanying Scuba Rangers package that includes an activity book and log book.
All Sessions are followed with thorough debriefing and discussion about your performance helping you learn. On successful completion you will be issued with a certificate of completion and a digital recognition rating (Via MySSI App).

Pool sessions are held at Harvey Hadden Sports Village in Nottingham at 7.30pm every Friday.
As with all of our programs this course can be offered as an exclusive 1 on 1 program.
